Alcohol spilled onto the wood dining table, which caused a massive amount of hazing across the top. We were sent by Crate&Barrel as a Customer Service gesture to repair the table.

Our service professionals have a special technique for removing hazing/blushing. Within minutes, the white disappeared and the table was back to normal.

Delivery Damage

Furniture can easily get damaged during transit if not packaged well enough. In this case, the entertainment center arrived with crushed along the back edge.

Our service professional repaired the damage in the customer's home within 30 minutes. This saved the manufacturer the headache & expense of having to take it back for an exchange. It also saved the customer the hassle for waiting another 8 weeks to receive a new one.

Nail Polish Gone Wild

Our client's baby got hold of nail polish and decided to draw a purple painting on the white dresser!

Our service professional removed the nail polish and repaired the top by respraying & refinishing it.

The dresser went back to it's original condition.

Table Burn Repaired

A candle fell onto this dining table and burnt it. Our service professional repaired the damage in the customer's home. He sanded down the affected area, filled it in and color matched it to the rest of the table.

Within an hour, the customer wasn't even sure where the burn originally was.

Dining Chair Re-assembled

You're probably wondering how this chair ended up in pieces to begin with. We're not too sure ourselves! We were hired by an Insurance Company to repair the chair in-home.

Our service professional repaired this chair right in the customer's dining room...joint by joint, rail by rail. When he was done, the chair was stronger than it was to begin with.

 

 

Bench Seat Collapsed

This bench was in our client's family for a while. At some point, the seat turned into a swing and thus became unusable.

We rebuilt it via pad&web to create a strong new seat deck. We then made our client a new seat cushion and back cushion with the fabric she selected.

Our client claims that her bench is more comfortable than ever!

Banged Up Dresser Repaired

While our client’s dresser was being moved into his home the side got banged up pretty bad. Our tech repaired, color matched, and re-created the wood grain to make the damage invisible. Our client was thrilled that he didn’t have to purchase a new dresser. For a fraction of the cost and time of a new one, his dresser was back to its old self.

Wood Frame Repair

The arm of our customer's sofa broke in 2 pieces. Our tech repaired it in-home and touched up and color matched the affected unit, so that the repair was invisible.

Our tech ensured that the repair was strong and that the arm would not break again.

First, we re-attached the broken leg, repairing it to withstand the every day pressures and weight. Next, we sanded and compounded it to remove any signs of a crack.

Lastly, our color-matching professionals refinished the legs for a perfectly even repair.

We reupholstered the chair and replaced the cushion to complete the chair.

Antique Cabinet Restoration

This inherited antique cabinet had been sitting in our client’s garage for 40 years. Unaware of its hidden beauty and dubbed a dust collector, he begrudgingly decided to refinish it.

We spent six weeks refinishing the piece, delicately scraping away the old and hand-drawing the new design to mimic the original.

When the cabinet was returned, our client’s mouth gaped for 10 whole minutes.

Broken Wood & Veneer..Repaired

The Veneer chipped on the back of all 4 of our customer's Eames Chairs. We repaired the broken veneer by filling in the cracked areas, and skillfully refinished the entire back. Of course, we created new grain to match the rest of the wood. The result? A perfect chair.
